Online registration for Operator of Payment System is not available at this time. For registrations, please e-mail filled out Form 1 in the annex of BSP Circular No. 1049 and attach all documents requested therein and send to ops-registration@bsp.gov.ph. Registration by Notification by banks and e-money wallet issuers who are OPS may be sent to psod-notification@bsp.gov.ph.
