Change or Reset My Password

Change my password

1. If you haven't signed in yet,  sign in   to your account.

2. Under Settings, click Change Password. The Settings menu can be found at the top-right corner beside your name.

   

3. Enter your old password, new password, and verification then click Change Password.

4. A confirmation message appears. Click Yes.

Reset my password

1. Click here   to go to the account recovery page. If you are from the home page, just click on the Forgot Password near the Sign In button.

2. Follow the instructions in the Account Recovery page and click Reset Password.

3. A confirmation message appears. Click Yes.

4. You will receive an email that contains a reset password link. Click on the link to reset your password.

5. Enter your new password and the verification code then click Reset Password.

6. You may now sign in to the system with your new password.
